Dear community of Fort Smith:
Kids of all ages in Yellowknife enjoyed a mild night out with the elves as the territorial capital held its annual Santa Claus Parade Saturday evening, Nov. 21.
Santa’s elves living in Fort Smith came out into the cold last week, officially commencing the holiday season with one of the community’s most beloved traditions.
Minor hockey is in full swing with upcoming tournaments for each level of play, but player turnout has taken a slight hit this year in Fort Smith.
These Santas might not see everybody when they’re sleeping, but they know many could use some extra help with food and gifts around Christmas.
