enattheNorthernArtsandCulturalCentreonMar.17andattheSnowcastleonMar.18.DeadNorthlmfestexplodesinpopularityinthirdyearHorrorshortcompetitionbroadensintosciencectionfantasygenresThisyearsDeadNorthlmmakingchallengehasopenedupbeyondtheboundsofhorrortowardthefantasyandsci-figenres.
